Villa Happy is located in the attractive Yacht Club area with a beautiful pool area with lot of space for sun lounges. Villa Happy has three bedrooms with a total of six beds. Master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 has also a king bed and bedroom 3 have two single beds. Further, there are two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath.
The kitchen has an island with chairs and is well equipped with ice maker and microwave. Washer / dryer available.

Extra large swimming pool with a large pool area with pavers and two seating areas. One with a dining table that seats 6 guests and a realaxing corner with a sofa and two chairs with a view over the pool and the canal. Electric heated pool. On the patio is also a gas grill with an extra tank of propane in the garage.
5 min to the closest beach - Yacht Club Beach.
25 min both to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island offers miles of beaches and a turquoise sea - the Gulf of Mexico.
30 mins from Southwest International Airport (RSW) outside of Fort Myers.
If you rent a boat you can tie up your boat by the dock. You have directly access to the Gulf of Mexico, without crossing any bridges - 3 min to the river.

Cancellation of Vacation Reservation
The deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 50 days and less prior to the arrival date, all money will be forfeited.
If the repayment has to be through bank wire the guest/guests pays all bank fees.
Deposit Policy
Security deposit is $400 is paid in cash at arrival and repaid in cash by departure.
Please observe: All condos has an application and application fee to the associations. The condo association supersede this rental agreement. MyFlorida SE Inc. is not responsible for finding a new property to rent in case the association would deny the guest(s) rental/lease application.
